Consider the Phantom Headache:
There are multiple causes of a headache but following are 2 techniques
that may result in relief, both temporary or lasting.

The Thumb Web Pinch


Ask another person to assist you with this technique. Their energy field will help to affect a change in your energy field.
Initially perform this technique on both thumb webs.
As you discover which hand is primary for your headache, you will treat that thumb web.
Have your partner take their thumb and pointer finger and squeeze the most tender point on the thumb web.
Hold this for 5-10 seconds, relax, repeat for 5-10 seconds.
Imagine the headache flowing from your body into your assistant's hand and diminishing.
Try the opposite thumb web and repeat the technique.
Your headache will be changed.
This is a very simple technique but easy to learn, believe in and use.
You can do this technique on yourself if an assistant is not available.

The Jaw Stretch

Place both hands along the sides of your face with your finger tips touching your cheek bones.
Gently allow your hands to slide along the sides of your face until your fingertips are placed just below the cheekbones but above your jaw bone. Close your eyes and gently allow the weight of your hands and arms to slightly pull down on the jaw bone.
Use only enough pressure to keep the contact but not enough to break a raw egg.
Hold for 30-90 seconds, Relax, Repeat.
