Our 10 Point System

STEP ONE: Review our website for symptoms that apply to you. Print this page, answer the questions, and mark your areas of pain on the chart below.

STEP TWO: Join our Online Support Group for more information and support from others like you.

STEP THREE: Get a full body massage from a therapist you trust and feel comfortable with. Write down the tight areas noticed during the massage. (See step 5 if you can't afford a massage.)

STEP FOUR: Email us for a simple exercise program. notallinyourhead@aol.com

STEP FIVE: Start gently stretching and exercising no sooner than 2 days following your massage. (If you can't afford a massage begin the exercise program following a hot shower and 2 tylenol.)

STEP SIX: Start a daily journal or log of your symptoms and feelings and begin to believe what you feel. Look for similarities in your daily entries including food, stress, pain etc.

STEP SEVEN: Check our Monthly Technique page for techniques posted this month that may apply to your symptoms.

STEP EIGHT: Purchase our Book, Workbook and Diary and start to work on your own.
